Job summary

Beaumont Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Indiana is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

You will coordinate shift activities, admit/transfer/discharge residents, administer medications, maintain accurate charts, and collaborate with interdepartmental teams to maintain quality care. CPR certification and state RN license required; LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and plan shift services.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents; file charts and orders.
• Administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Provide IV care and wound/dressings as needed.
• Collaborate with inter-departmental staff to ensure quality care.
