Job summary

Beaumont is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide complete resident care in a senior living community. The LPN coordinates between residents, healthcare providers, families and staff while promoting independence and autonomy for residents.

The role requires cross-training across Skilled Nursing, Personal Care and Wellness, with strong emphasis on communication, privacy, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality care and resident safety.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be licensed and in good standing as an LPN in the state.
• Ability to plan, organize and implement care programs.
• Demonstrates leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Commitment to patient-centered, respectful care.
• Openness to learning new methods and improving practice.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train across Skilled Nursing, Personal Care and Wellness; work where needed.
• Promote residents' functioning in activities of daily living.
