Qualifications

• Ability to work independently, problem solve and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Active role in direct resident assessment and care.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident and nursing care plans.
• Count and record class drugs at shift start and end.
• Communicate pertinent data to charge nurse, supervisor and physician.
• Provide residents with emotional and physical comfort and safety.
• Assist physicians in rounds and examinations.
• Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel in care delivery per regulations.
