Job summary

The SR Companies is seeking an experienced licensed nurse to support SRIM residents and their families in Knoxville. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and oversee non-licensed nursing staff to ensure high-quality service and safety.

You will maintain accurate documentation, follow HIPAA regulations, and collaborate with the care team to meet care plans and quarterly summaries. This role requires strong communication and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications with accuracy.
• Supervises non-licensed nursing staff and participates in evaluations.
• Performs nursing procedures for residents' comfort and well-being.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and maintains patient logs and care plans.
• Maintains a safe environment and communicates clearly with residents, families, and staff.
• Participates in incident investigations and assists with performance evaluations.
