National Church Residences in Norwich Township, Ohio is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse for PRN shifts. You will supervise and direct nursing care, perform rounds, and develop care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.

You will also administer medications, report changes to physicians, and ensure continuity of care across all shifts. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of nursing experience, hold a current license, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or vocational practical nursing program.
• One to two years of nursing experience preferred.
• Current nursing license; English reading/writing and spoken communication required.
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, provide and direct nursing care following facility policies.
• Perform daily rounds and develop comprehensive care plans.
• Administer medications per procedures; maintain MAR/TAR accuracy.
• Report resident changes to physicians and team; ensure continuity of care.
• Supervise nursing assistants; manage assignments and performance.
• Document resident data timely and confidentially; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and resident rights policies.
