Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or vocational school of practical nursing.
• Current Nurse License (LPN).
• One to two years preferred.
• Must speak, read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, provide and direct nursing care in compliance with facility policies.
• Supervision of nursing assistants and staff performance.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families and staff.
• Document resident information accurately and confidentially.
• Adhere to Resident Rights and safety/compliance policies.
