Ohio Living is seeking a Charge Nurse - LPN to oversee daily nursing activities, supervise CNAs, and ensure high quality resident care in a licensed facility. The role requires current Ohio LPN licensure, nursing supervision experience, and ability to administer medications per physician orders.

Responsibilities include coordinating care plans, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with state and federal standards.

Competenze

• Current unencumbered license for the state of Ohio to practice as an LPN.
• One year of clinical experience in a hospital, long term care facility, or other related health care facility preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Mansioni

• Directs the day-to-day nursing activities of the Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in accordance with facility standards.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Represents the nursing department during Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings and answers questions related to the plan of care.
• Supervises CNAs and fosters a positive work environment to attract and retain staff.
• Ensures quality care, compliance with regulations, and safety in resident care delivery.
