Job summary

Harbour View Senior Living Community in New Jersey seeks an LPN Charge Nurse for our assisted living program. The role directs nursing care, trains aides, and collaborates with Wellness Director to maintain quality services for residents.

The candidate will review 24-hour reports, coordinate with other departments, ensure timely incident documentation, and uphold confidentiality and professional standards while delivering compassionate care to residents.

Qualifications

• LPN license in NJ is required.
• Minimum bedside nursing experience in assisted living or long-term care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and provide nursing care to residents.
• Train medication aides and HHAs under supervision of Wellness Director.
• Review 24-hour nursing reports and bring issues for resolution to Director.
• Coordinate nursing services with other patient care services to ensure continuum of care.
• Ensure timely documentation of incident/accident reports and maintain confidentiality.
