Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience installing and commissioning access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, intercom, and low voltage systems.
• Proven leadership experience managing field technicians and teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in security system installation and low voltage wiring.
• Experience with complex commercial security projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance on field device installations and panel trimming.
• Train apprentice technicians and share knowledge to build team competency.
• Coordinate project activities with subcontractors, manufacturers, and company personnel to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct job site safety briefings and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Maintain a positive work attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-centric mindset.
