Job summary

System Integrations is looking for experienced Lead Installation Technicians to enhance their team in Lebanon, Tennessee. The ideal candidates will lead small teams and ensure high-quality installation standards of low voltage systems. Key responsibilities include overseeing installations, supporting new technicians, and managing the onsite workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience running cables in a commercial setting.
• Ability to lift/move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work from ladders or man lifts at extended heights.
• Must be able to differentiate colors.
• Must be comfortable standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead one to two installation technicians to meet high quality standards of installation.
• Install cabling, security devices, and low voltage equipment.
• Commission, test, and document installations.
• Assist in onsite tracking of materials used.
• Report time used and progress using applications.
• Assist in on-the-job training for installation technicians.
