Job summary

Prime Partners in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Low Voltage Foreman to lead field crews on structured cabling installations across commercial new construction and healthcare facilities. This hands-on leadership role requires you to manage your crew, maintain field workmanship, and represent the company with clients and occupants.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in structured cabling installation, termination, testing, and documentation.
• Proven ability to lead and manage field crews
• Strong knowledge of voice and data cabling systems and support infrastructure
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and commercial building occupants
• Stable work history — we are looking for someone committed to growing with a company long-term
• Healthcare facility experience is a strong plus but not required — you will work across both healthcare and commercial new construction environments

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew of up to 4 technicians, including teams of 2 working across multiple areas of a project
• Oversee installation of voice and data cabling systems, ensuring workmanship meets company and customer quality standards
• Communicate clearly with clients, general contractors, and building occupants regarding the scope and progress of work being performed
• Inspect installs for quality and adherence to industry standards throughout each phase of the project
• Coordinate material pickups, tool management, and day‑to‑day field logistics
• Represent the company with professionalism on every job site
