Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications such as BICSI are a plus.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites in the Denver area.

Role Description

The Low Voltage Foreman is a full-time, on-site role based in the Denver Metropolitan Area, responsible for leading low-voltage installation teams on commercial and industrial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and supervising structured cabling, security systems, audio visual, and related low-voltage installations, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. The foreman coordinates with project managers, contractors, and clients, interprets drawings and blueprints, assigns tasks, and monitors workmanship and quality control. The role includes hands-on installation work, troubleshooting, maintenance of low-voltage systems, and proper use of tools and equipment. The Low Voltage Foreman also ensures compliance with safety policies, maintains accurate documentation, and supports training and development of field technicians.

Qualifications
  • Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
  • Experience operating and directing the use of heavy equipment, such as man lifts, and job-site tools relevant to low-voltage installations.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, and internal project teams.
  • Basic carpentry skills for mounting, framing, and supporting low-voltage infrastructure where needed.
  • Maintenance skills for inspecting, troubleshooting, and servicing low-voltage and related systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in structured cabling, security systems, or audio visual installations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Commitment to job-site safety and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (e.g., BICSI, low-voltage or related trade) are a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work across various sites in the Denver Metropolitan Area.
