IES is seeking a Daily Low Voltage Supervisor to oversee field operations in San Antonio. You will lead and coordinate crews, ensuring safe, on-time installation and service of low voltage systems including alarm and security equipment, cabling, and smart devices.

The role requires strong leadership, adherence to codes, and the ability to train and mentor technicians while maintaining customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in low voltage installation, wiring, service, or construction operations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily low voltage field operations, including project execution, service activities, crew assignments, and workflow coordination.
• Monitor field productivity, workmanship, and job progress to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
• Oversee installation, wiring, service, and troubleshooting for low voltage systems including alarm systems, security cameras, sound systems, cabling, and smart systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, project specifications, and applicable codes.
• Provide leadership, training, mentorship, and technical support to field personnel and technicians.
• Coordinate operational support activities, including communication with field personnel, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments; track materials and document equipment.
• Conduct jobsite inspections, quality control reviews, and safety observations to maintain company standards.
• Identify and resolve field-related issues and customer service matters in a timely manner.
