Job summary

Daisy seeks a Lead Technician in the San Carlos branch to install, configure, and maintain low-voltage systems for smart space installations. You will work on Control4, A/V, networking, and related components, engaging with clients and project teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of low-voltage integrated systems work or hands-on study.
• Credentials like CEDIA or AVIXA preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Motivated to learn new technologies and processes.
• Demonstrates judgment and problem-solving including negotiation.
• Interacts thoughtfully with people of all ages and backgrounds.
• Shows leadership capability and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Capable of sitting, standing, and kneeling for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Reads blueprints, diagrams, floor plans, specs and manuals.
• Installs and maintains Control4, A/V, satellite/cable, networking systems.
• Troubleshoots simple and complex systems.
• Installs and terminates low-voltage cable and panels.
• Travels to multiple job sites to perform work.
• Uses hand and power tools safely and maintains equipment.
• Interacts with clients, builders, designers, architects, and pros.
• Communicates progress daily with the Project Manager.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
