Job summary

Daisy is seeking a Service Technician in San Carlos, CA to install, configure, and maintain low-voltage integrated system equipment, devices, and components. You will work on Control4 and related AV, networking, and home automation systems, ensuring high-quality installations and on-site client communication.

The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on installation experience, proficiency with Control4, and a solid understanding of AV and smart home technologies.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with low-voltage integrated systems installation.
• Proficiency with Control4; Savant or Crestron is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of AV, networking, and smart home technologies.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and service Control4 and other integrated AV, networking, and home automation systems.
• Terminate and install low-voltage cabling, panels, and junction boxes.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, networking, and control systems—simple and complex.
