Paradigm at The Oak in Schulenburg, TX is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care team. You will provide direct nursing care, develop and direct individualized care plans, and ensure compliance with state and facility policies.

CPR and emergency response readiness are required. The role requires an active RN license in the state, an ADN, and prior LTC experience; familiarity with Point Click Care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per nurse practice act and physician orders.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the resident's plan of care.
• Follow facility policies and privacy rules; uphold nursing standards.
• Provide CPR and emergency response as needed.
• Develop daily and unit assignments; assist nursing supervisors.
• Monitor nursing staff performance to standards and policies.
• Ensure unattended workstations are logged off.
• Oversee aides and coordinate with staff to maintain policy adherence.
