Highland Oaks Health Center in United States seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct resident care and administer medications in a long-term care setting. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, CPR (preferred), and strong communication skills, with a commitment to resident-centered care and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Develop and update resident care plans.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident needs.
