Job summary

Providence Seward Mountain Haven in Seward, Alaska, is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to lead resident care for a defined group, supervising Shahbazim and licensed nurses under the director of nursing.

You will coordinate referrals to the clinical support team, families and physicians, and serve as the elder information contact, contributing to a patient-focused culture and the organization\'s mission.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Alaska Registered Nurse License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care for a defined group of residents, including Shahbazim.
• Coordinate referrals to the clinical support team, families and physicians.
• Serve as the point of contact for elder information and care planning.
