Qualifications

• Language Skills - Excellent communication skills-written, verbal and interpersonal; strong mathematical/analytical acumen.
• Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, and decimals.
• Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain track of cross dock arrival and loading of trucks.
• Manage daily schedule and delivery routes for optimization and on time delivery.
• Lead, coordinate and direct the daily activities of shift personnel engaged in the shipping and delivery.
• Direct the dispatch and distribution team to ensure orders are loaded and delivered timely.
• Maintain a safe work environment by training personnel on safety issues and reporting incidents.
