Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of related experience.
• Previous supervisory experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Leads shop employees while performing the installation, repair, and replacement of locks and security systems.
• Checks to ensure appropriate materials and tools are available to support project work.
• Manages administrative tasks, including timekeeping, attendance, payroll, and shop inventory.
• Prepares work orders, plans and schedules future work, and provides input for employee performance evaluations.
