Job summary

REGENT Craft Inc. is seeking a Manager, Loads & Dynamics to define the loads framework for cutting-edge Seagliders. You will build the team, set standards, and deliver defensible loads data for design and certification.

You will own the loads basis across operating modes, collaborate across Structures, Flight Physics, and Certification, and coordinate with regulators to ensure a robust, scalable loads program for fast coastal transport innovations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience defining loads for complex aerospace, maritime, or hybrid vehicles, including ownership of load cases used for structural design and certification.
• Experience building or owning a Vehicle Loads Basis with traceability to requirements and use in substantiation and/or certification.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and ability to scale a technical team in early-stage environments.
• Strong foundation in aeroelasticity, flutter risk, modal analysis, and dynamic response for loads definition.
• Experience in regulated, certification-driven environments with engagement with certification bodies.
• Fluency in loads workflows and toolchains, including CFD-to-load mapping and FEM/FEA integration.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Loads & Dynamics function from the ground up, including hiring, mentoring, and setting technical expectations.
• Define the Vehicle Loads Basis with a coherent set of load cases across operating modes and environments.
• Own dynamics and aero/hydroelastic approach, including analysis methods and GVT strategy.
• Establish loads validation and integration through CFD-to-load mapping, FEM integration, and data correlation.
• Enable certification through defensible methods and provide certification-ready artifacts for regulators.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to maintain a single source of truth for loads across the organization.
