REGENT Craft Inc. is seeking a Senior Vehicle Test Engineer to own the planning and execution of sea and air test programs for Seagliders, turning engineering objectives into safe, rigorous tests.

You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, operations, and safety, building phased campaigns that reduce risk and generate data to mature prototypes toward certification. Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle, marine, flight, or integrated prototype testing.
• Proven ability to build structured test plans in fast-moving programs.
• Strong safety mindset with hazard analysis / risk management experience.
• Hands-on field testing around high-energy systems.
• Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leveraging test data for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sea and air test campaigns across phased programs.
• Develop risk-informed test plans and procedures to reduce risk.
• Translate engineering requirements into executable tests with cross-functional teams.
• Own test readiness and event coordination for safe execution.
• Lead hazard assessments and safety reviews with go/no-go decisions.
• Support real-time and post-test analysis, telemetry review, and post-test reports.
