Job summary

Netflix in Los Angeles is seeking a Manager for the Content Programming Strategy & Operations team to support Live Sports. You will lead performance analyses of live sports content and drive deal analyses from pitch to renewal, guiding programming and operational decisions.

You will collaborate with Content, Finance, Business Affairs, Data Science, Product and other cross-functional teams, mentoring juniors and shaping cross-functional workflows across the sports portfolio.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred
• Experience in sports/entertainment roles is a plus
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead performance analyses of Live and Sports content to inform decisions
• Lead deal analysis from pitch through renewal
• Spearhead cross-functional projects for senior leaders and new business development
• Mentor junior executives and partner with Content, Finance, Data Science, Product, and other teams
