Netflix is seeking a seasoned Live Sports Production expert to oversee end-to-end operations of our expanding sports slate from the Los Angeles office. The role requires prior production management experience for major streaming platforms or broadcast networks, at World Cup or Olympic level, reporting to the Director of Live Sports Production.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in production management at a network or production company with live sports experience.
• Director or VP level equivalent outside Netflix, able to lead complex productions.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments and a high volume of projects with prudent risk taking.
• Strong written and verbal communication and multitasking ability.
• Highly organized with proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack.
• Experience developing decks and presenting live production workflows.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end production and execution of high-profile live sports events.
• Streamline workflows with internal teams to optimize live content production processes.
• Collaborate with Content, Post, Finance, Business Affairs, Tech and other teams.
• Identify and source top external production partners, vendors and facilities.
• Work with show budgets and schedules, assessing viability and risks.
• Manage production planning, schedules, crews and budgets.
• Location scouting and evaluating domestic/international filming sites.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Publicity, Events and other stakeholders.
