Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC's Prime Video Live Events team is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end live sports launches in North America and Latin America, from deal signing to first broadcast.

You will collaborate with business, product, tech and content teams to build scalable processes, manage timelines, and ensure quality targets for major events like NFL, NBA, Premier League, and Champions League.

Qualifications

5+ years of Supply Chain, Product Management, Program Management experience.
Experience owning end-to-end programs to drive results.
Experience communicating effectively with senior leadership.
Experience conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of taking new and existing live sports events from deal signing to first live broadcast.
Partner with stakeholders from business, product, tech, and other teams on priorities and launch complex projects.
Identify initiatives, establish goals, plans and metrics, track progress and overcome obstacles.
Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to senior management to ensure launch dates and quality targets.
