Job summary

The successful candidate will lead line teams, manage performance, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to meet business objectives and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or Business Administration from an accredited institution.
• 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a food-manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of food safety concepts and quality systems.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily activities of assigned staff to meet productivity and quality objectives.
• Identifies and resolves process and equipment problems to maintain productivity.
• Implements approaches to improve quality and productivity through new ideas and upcoming changes.
• Communicates with employees to ensure understanding of policies and objectives.
• Drive Daily Management Systems to deliver improved results each shift.
• Own the Incident Elimination, Clean Inspect Lube (CIL) management, and Defect Handling DMS's.
• Ensure safety/quality/food safety issues are resolved quickly.
• Lead line scorecards, gap analyses, and action planning.
