Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking a Sr. Quality Systems Supervisor to coordinate the Liquid Products’ Food Safety and Regulatory compliance programs.

The role ensures adherence to HACCP, GMP, and applicable regulatory standards while guiding technicians and improving product quality and safety. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in QA within the food industry, with experience in audits, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to support development and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in QA or related technical discipline in the food industry.
• Experience in senior technician or management capacity preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation GMP, HACCP, SSOP, SPC, and food processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Liquid Products’ Food Safety and Regulatory compliance and audits to meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage HACCP documents, conduct quarterly HACCP training, and review HACCP verification documents.
• Oversee HACCP and GMP audits, ensure corrective actions are closed.
• Lead third-party audits and interact with auditors/regulators.
• Support Product Development with specs and process improvements.
