Job summary

Octane Draincare is seeking an experienced Lining & Patch Lining Team Leader to head specialist no-dig rehabilitation projects across the UK. You will manage a small team, ensuring safe, efficient work to high quality standards and client satisfaction.

The role oversees lining and patch lining operations, drilling down on RAMS, documentation, and mentoring junior engineers. A Full UK driving licence and relevant qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Full UK driving licence.
• HPWJ qualification and CSCS required.
• Confined Space (High Risk) and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead lining and patch lining operations on site.
• Manage daily site activities and ensure RAMS compliance.
• Brief team on safe systems of work and quality standards.
• Complete electronic reports and site documentation.
• Liaise with clients and maintain high safety standards.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and drivers.
