Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. seeks a Patch Crew Foreman to lead a crew of up to 8 on manholes, water valves and asphalt patching projects. You will ensure safe, efficient, and profitable operations and advise the Superintendent on best practices for equipment and work processes.

The role requires strong leadership, reliable communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while adhering to safety policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of production, maintenance and/or location supervision in construction or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage patch crew to optimize paving efficiency.
• Rising of manholes and water valves and asphalt patching; ensure specs like depth and density.
• Handle daily paperwork: timecards, inventory, charges forms.
• Lead safety functions: PPE, traffic control, toolbox talks.
• Monitor KPIs: daily production, downtime, overtime, production rate.
