Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED as minimum education.
• Mechanical experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and adjust machines.
• Leadership and teamwork on a production line.
• Strong computer and production system skills.
• Attention to detail and safe work practices.
• Willingness to obtain Lockout/Tagout certification.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead line setup and changeovers; communicate performance goals.
• Provide daily run sheets to operators and update production systems.
• Monitor quality, weights, and appearance to meet standards.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and assist maintenance.
• Support safety, GMPs, and 5S; lead on-line training.
• Collaborate with QA, supervision, and CI teams on continuous improvement.
