White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team in a fast-paced hotel kitchen. This leadership role advances a senior line cook toward Sous Chef responsibilities, mentoring staff and ensuring smooth BOH operations.

You'll step into a Sous Chef in training capacity, oversee daily food prep, follow health and safety guidelines, and strive for consistent quality while supporting financial targets.

Qualifications

• Proficient in sautéing, broiling, frying, roasting, and garde manger.
• Experience leading or mentoring kitchen staff in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.
• Culinary degree or apprenticeship preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily back-of-house operations and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards.
• Assist in maintaining food and labor cost targets.
• Monitor ingredient freshness and portion control.
