Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality at Everline Resort & Spa in Olympic Valley is seeking skilled culinary professionals for Cook I, II, and III roles. Cooks will work together to prepare high-quality dishes under the direction of the Executive Chef, contributing to an exceptional guest dining experience.

With a focus on leadership and culinary skills, candidates will manage kitchen operations and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. The position offers a competitive hourly pay between $20.00/hr and $35.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Cook III: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end hotel, resort, or restaurant.
• Cook II: 1-3 years of culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Cook I: Basic culinary skills with a passion for learning.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in preparing meals according to high culinary standards.
• Assist in meal preparation and cooking for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
• Perform basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients.
