Responsabilités

• Mentor entry-level cooks and apprentices; oversee daily prep and production.
• Lead BOH operations following F&B procedures and health codes.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation at all times.
• Help maintain food cost and labor cost targets.
• Influence guest feedback through consistent food quality and teamwork.
