Qualifications

• High school graduate with culinary education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years culinary or related work experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent reading/writing in English and ability to follow recipes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner per guest orders and standards.
• Train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff to meet quality and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely (fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, etc.).
• Monitor inventory, rotate perishables, and manage waste according to policy.
