Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lead Cook for part-time events at our California location. The role includes leading the kitchen in the absence of the Kitchen Manager, training staff, and ensuring high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Applicants must be 18+, available nights and weekends, and able to obtain alcohol-service certification within 14 days plus food-safety certification within 30 days. Competitive hourly pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; culinary or food management degree is a plus.
• Must become certified in alcohol service within 14 days and food safety within 30 days.
• Strong customer service and ability to train/lead kitchen staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead kitchen in the absence of the Kitchen Manager; train and supervise staff.
• Maintain sanitation and organization of cooking and storage areas; ensure quality and freshness.
• Calibrate cooking and refrigeration equipment weekly; ensure proper temperatures and stock management.
• Provide prompt customer service; address questions and resolve inquiries.
• Work varying shifts, including nights and weekends; comply with alcohol/service program requirements.
