Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Lead Cook to join our vibrant kitchen team. This part-time role leads in the absence of the Kitchen Manager, prepares and serves food, and ensures safety and quality across the line.

Applicants must be at least 18, have 3–5 years of kitchen operations experience or a culinary/food management degree is a plus, and be able to work evenings and weekends. Competitive pay ($22–$24/hour) and dining/perks are offered.

• Experience in kitchen operations and food handling.

Responsabilités

• Lead in the kitchen when the Kitchen Manager is absent and assist in management duties.
• Plan and prepare food in appropriate quantities based on customer numbers.
• Ensure orders are prepared and presented per company guidelines.
• Mentor and train kitchen staff on procedures, sanitation, and cost control.
• Maintain sanitation and organization of cooking, storage, and serving areas.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating stock per policy.
