Job summary

Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel is seeking an experienced kitchen leader to oversee all food prepared in the Dacotah Dining operations. The role requires working across stations, training staff, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and cost control.

You will supervise line cooks, manage shifts, and ensure consistent quality while upholding safety and sanitation policies in a fast-paced casino dining environment.

Qualifications

• Prior line cook experience at a full service restaurant preferred.
• Minimum of two years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Competently utilize all Dacotah Dining kitchen stations.
• Work at any station and shift as needed.
• Lead kitchen operations and role as supervisor.
• Assist Chef de Cuisine as needed.
• Own responsibility for all food produced.
• Help control food and labor costs.
• Provide training and guidance to staff.
• Motivate staff and keep them busy.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
