You will supervise the line, ensure consistency, collaborate with the Kitchen Operation Manager, and help maintain top-notch presentation and quality across all menu items.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of line cook experience; leadership preferred.
• Strong culinary skills with focus on quality and presentation.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership mindset with a positive attitude.
• Friday night and Saturday daytime availability.
• ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the line during busy service.
• Collaborate with the Kitchen Operation Manager for quality and communication.
• Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and presentation.
• Assist with daily and weekly specials.
• Mentor new kitchen staff.
• Assist with prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations.
• Communicate with management and the FOH team.
• Help ensure smooth, efficient service every shift.
