• Protective Clothing Required: Slip Resistant shoes.

Aufgaben

• Report to work on time according to posted schedule.
• Open/close the kitchen and ensure all duties are completed.
• Prepare ingredients and maintain quality and portion standards.
• Taste test dishes and monitor food temperatures following Serv Safe guidelines.
• Develop knowledge of the menu and how to build each dish to order.
• Keep work spaces clean and organized and rotate perishables.
