Lead Line Cook performs a variety of kitchen/restaurant related tasks including food preparation, product stocking and proper rotation, food prep, and up to Serve Safe standards cleaning duties. Training staff, ensuring standards are being followed.
This position typically works varied shifts, including weekend and holidays. Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, kitchen/restaurant environment. Must be able to stand, walk or sit for long periods of time, speak and hear, write, finger and feel, lift and carry up to fifty pounds (50 lbs.) and occasionally more. Employee frequently required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and endure variable temperature conditions (extreme hot or cold). Must be 21 years of age or older.
