Our ideal candidate is an inventive culinary leader who can recruit and develop great personnel to provide guests with a top-notch dining experience. You must have experience in a high volume fast paced kitchen operation and have experience leading staff. Responsibilities: • Set and monitor performance criteria for team members, as well as provide advice and direction to support and maintain an efficient kitchen • Establish a collaborative environment for kitchen workers by educating recruits and hiring personnel that fit the corporate culture • Create new and unique menu items and specials using various ingredients in an innovative way • Supervise all food preparation in the kitchen, including procedures, portioning, garnishing, and ensure that all meals and dishes are attractively presented Qualifications: • This role requires experience building, motivating, and leading a team • Understanding and compliance with kitchen sanitation, safety and equipment usage, and food storage • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification such as a GED • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers Compensation: $23-$25 hourly
