About the Role:

The Lead Line Cook plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen within the accommodation and food services industry. This position is responsible for overseeing food preparation, maintaining high culinary standards, and leading a team of cooks to deliver exceptional dining experiences. The Lead Line Cook ensures that all dishes are prepared according to established recipes, quality standards, and safety regulations, while managing kitchen workflow and inventory. This role requires strong leadership to coordinate kitchen staff, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ultimately, the Lead Line Cook contributes significantly to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the food service operation.

Minimum Qualifications:
