Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Lead Line Cook at our location in Colorado Springs, CO. The Lead Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals according to our menu, overseeing kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen, and ensuring timely preparation of meals. Tasks include coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service, managing inventory levels, and assisting with menu development and planning.

Qualifications

  • Experience in meal preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and maintain attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Prior experience in a lead cook or supervisory role is highly desirable
