• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.

• Strong CAD and assembly management with SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Own system and subsystem designs in CAD and manage interfaces.
• Control large part count assemblies in CAD and BOMs with formal documentation.
• Optimize for aerodynamic profiles and efficiencies.
• Apply FEA, experiments and rapid prototyping for durable, manufacturable designs.
• Develop tests to validate design across full operating envelope.
• Implement DFM/ DFA methods and maintain clear documentation.
