Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on lifting operations experience.

• Passion for teaching and helping others develop lifting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training curricula covering lifting operations, rigging, signaling, and equipment operation.
• Lead practical demonstrations and assessments to gauge student proficiency.
• Maintain a safe learning environment and enforce safety protocols.
• Stay current with industry regulations and best practices and update training materials accordingly.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning experience and encourage student participation.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback throughout the program.
• Collaborate with other instructors to ensure consistency and quality of delivery.
• Contribute to curriculum development to keep materials relevant.
