You will schedule crews, communicate with Lift Captains and Supervisors, assist in training and documentation, and help maintain equipment, ramps, and mazes while coordinating radio traffic throughout the day.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in lift operations with ANSI standards knowledge.
• Ability to lead a large shift team and train staff.
• Strong communication and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead up to 80 staff in lift operation techniques and safety.
• Schedule crews and coordinate with Lift Captains to Supervisors.
• Assist in training, documentation and budget adherence.
• Maintain lifts, ramps, mazes and coordinate radio traffic.
• Support ticket validation and overall guest satisfaction.
