The City of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation Department is hiring Lead Lifeguards to monitor aquatic activities and support daily operations at municipal beaches, pools, and aquatic centers. You will guide lifeguard staff and serve as onsite supervisor when management is unavailable.
Responsibilities include monitoring hazards, leading rotations, mentoring lifeguards, and assisting with lessons, audits, inventories, and reports while ensuring excellent customer service.
