Ascension is seeking a Paramedic for Critical Care Transport in Evansville, IN. You will lead life-saving interventions and provide ICU-level care during inter-facility transfers, working with transport RNs and physicians to stabilize patients.

You’ll operate advanced medical equipment, ensure readiness, and communicate clear patient handoffs. Minimum requirements include Indiana paramedic credential, ALS/BLS, and 3 years EMS experience. Rotating shift, full-time.

Qualificações

• Paramedic credential from Indiana DHS required before hire
• ALS within 6 months of hire date required
• BLS within 1 month of hire date required
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years experience or Associate/Technical degree or 4 years of applicable experience
• Minimum: 3 years EMS experience as a Paramedic

Responsabilidades

• Lead life-saving interventions by identifying and stabilizing critically ill or injured patients during transport
• Execute advanced clinical protocols with transport RN and physician partners for ICU-level care during transit
• Communicate vital patient narratives to receiving medical teams for clear handoff
• Manage transport equipment and medical technology to ensure safety and readiness
