What You’ll Do:

- Managing routine scheduling of activities, spaces, equipment, and volunteers, adjusting day-of as resident needs or attendance change.
- Handling basic department administration, attendance tracking, event records, supply requests, and calendar updates.
- Stepping in for the Senior Life Enrichment Director on daily program execution during their absence, keeping the calendar running without disruption.
- Ensuring resident care and services are provided day-to-day using the Montessori approach, in coordination with Heritage programming (Portraits, Snapshots).
- Preparing and distributing promotional materials (flyers, calendars, signage) for upcoming events, contributing to the community newsletter, and assisting with social media posts.
- Assisting with new resident move-ins and orientations, and establishing positive relationships with residents, families, associates, and third-party providers.
