The Heritage at Fountain Point, part of Heritage Communities, is hiring a Life Enrichment Assistant in Norfolk, NE. Join a team that values residents' lives and supports growth for your career in a senior living environment.

You’ll meet with families or residents, assist with move-ins and orientations, help create newsletters and social media content, and build lasting relationships with residents, families and staff. CPR/BLS is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of activity development experience in a senior living or related field.
• Experience caring for individuals with cognitive/memory-care needs.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Compassionate communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with prospective families or residents, coordinating move-ins and facilitating new resident orientations.
• Assisting with the creation of community newsletters, promotions, and social media posts for company websites.
• Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Compassionate communication and teamwork skills.
